All Covered Heroes are expected to provide services in a professional, respectful and reliable manner.
- Arrive on time for every appointment
- Treat customers with respect and courtesy
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Communicate clearly and honestly
- Respect customer privacy and property
Service Quality
Quality and customer satisfaction are at the core of the Covered platform.
- Deliver services according to agreed standards
- Use clean, safe and appropriate equipment
- Follow hygiene and safety requirements
- Complete bookings as agreed
- Handle customer feedback professionally
Bookings & Cancellations
- Accept only bookings you can complete
- Inform customers immediately if delays occur
- Avoid last-minute cancellations whenever possible
- Keep your availability up to date
Payments
All payments are processed through the Covered platform. Heroes must not request direct payments outside the platform unless explicitly approved by Covered.
Account Compliance
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension or removal from the platform.
